 Due to the nature of printer parts and the many factors that go into installing them, we do not accept returns on OEM print heads. All print heads sold by Fieldcenter or Yes Solvent Inc are guaranteed new, never been used, refurbished, altered or sold prior to your purchase. We only accept cashier check on delivery (COD) for all print head purchases. Call us to place an order.

 Any products other than print head will have 15 days money back satisfaction guarantee.
